Leroy Hyter is an award-winning songwriter, producer, and musician who has shared his gift of music around the world for over 40 years. A skilled pianist, saxophonist, and writer, Leroy has performed with legends like Phyllis Hyman, Melba Moore, Kirk Whalum, and served as musical director for Freddie Jackson. He’s worked on television and film productions, collaborated with artists including Peabo Bryson and Regina Carter, and earned honors such as a Gold Record and the Nashville Songwriters Award.

Today, Leroy combines his musical expertise with a heart for ministry. He and his wife, Diane, lead worship, teach kingdom principles, and run Mt. Moriah—an outreach focused on supporting women and children overcoming domestic abuse. Leroy’s mission is to inspire others to grow in their love for music and develop their God-given gifts.

    • If you choose to enroll, the trial counts as your first lesson.

  • Sign Up for Weekly Lessons

    • $160/month for four weekly 30-minute private lessons

    • $50 annual registration fee

    • Lessons are competitively priced and tailored to help each student succeed
